Who We Are

A consortium of dental professionals who came together to enhance Breast Cancer awareness via the dental community to show their tenacity for the cause. Smiling For The Cause has touched all involved in a way that propels them to show their support. This passion gave rise to Smile Pink. Creating breast cancer awareness and prevention through smiles makes our foundation a comforting environment for those who are fighting the disease, their families, and survivors.

Breast Cancer is not a new topic and the general public is familiar with the cause. Our goal is to catapult awareness and raise donations with edgy and hip marketing via the dental community. 100% of the donations raised go to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®.

Smile Pink's innovative idea is the unique concept of a stylish Pink Gem Smile. To create this signature Smile for the Cause, a Pink Jewel will be displayed on one's tooth or teeth. The jewel will be applied to the tooth or teeth by a dentist with a temporary dental adhesive. It is safe, and takes only a minute to apply. Celebrities are getting involved with Smile Pink and will be supporting and sporting the Smile for the Causes' new look. Are you ready to sport your bling for the cause with a Pink Stylish Gem Smile? The Smile for The Cause national campaign launches yearly and runs through October, Breast Cancer Awareness month. We are enlisting celebrities, athletes, well know persons and an exclusive group of dentists nationwide to fund-raise for the cause. Smile Pink's campaign will continue every year with new avant garde ideas to create hype and more awareness for this devastating cause. Smile Pink with us, and get your bling on!

  • Smile Pink provides an environment to enable new innovative prevention and treatments to battle Breast Cancer.
  • Our gallery is a showcase for national Miss USA, Miss USA Teen, cheerleaders, models, musicians, actors, talk show hosts, and producers.
  • Our main focus will be to engage in several media ventures to excel awareness.

The programming will be supplemented by internal marketing materials such as appointment cards, posters, and flyers with images of our logo and stylish pink gem smiles. The marketing materials will carry a message to create awareness while gaining donations.

Dr. Anthony Vocaturo of Smile Pink has a natural passion for helping others. When breast cancer came knocking on his family's door recently, he felt more compelled than ever to get involved with creating awareness. Dr. Vocaturo contemplated, how can I make a difference? How can I combine my passion for dentistry while creating public awareness of preventable breast cancer? That vision came to him, and now he is sharing his vision. What better way to combat breast cancer than with a positive attitude that holds a smile. Than Smile Pink was born. He is very passionate about Smiling For The Cause. Let's face it smiling is contagious! Dr. Anthony Vocaturo has been actively involved in the dental community for 20 years. Anthony Vocaturo, D.D.S., currently practices cosmetic and restorative dentistry at the New Jersey Center of Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry in Bayonne, New Jersey. He received his dental degree in 1992 from New York University College of Dentistry and is now affiliated with the numerous dental schools as an educator and speaker. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Farleigh Dickinson University. To keep up-to-date in the changing world of dentistry, In 1997, Dr. Vocaturo co-founded ACE-Academy of Comprehensive Esthetic's. This group of dentists, hygienist, and leaders in the dental industry works to advance the recognition of cosmetic dentistry and facial esthetic's, and to maintain the highest standards of those who practice it. Dr. Vocaturo is also president and founder of GAMA Seminars and Consulting. He internationally presents numerous lectures on cosmetic dentistry, inlays/onlays, and clinical adhesive cosmetic dentistry, and consults for various companies throughout country, including Digital Medical Diagnostic, Zenith, AXIS/NTI, Kultzer, Midwest Dental, Kavo Dental, Ultradent, and Caulk/DENTSPLY/Ceramco among others for product development and refinement. Dr. Vocaturo maintains membership in professional organizations including the American Dental Association and the Fellowship Academy of General Dentistry. He has received numerous awards from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is an ACCREDITED MEMBER in the National Chapter. Dr. Vocaturo has received fellowship in the International Academy Dental/Facial Esthetic. He also obtained fellowship in the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetic's and is a board member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics. He has served as the past President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. As the editor of Aesthetics Journal. Dr. Vocaturo has authored numerous articles for various dental journals, including Dentistry Today and the Journal of Practical Hygiene. His work and photos are being used for manufacturers' advertisements, many of which serve as testimonials. These advertisements appear in Dentistry Today, Dental Products Report, Journal of the American Dental Association, Practical Periodontics and Esthetic's, as well as numerous international dental journals, including the Canadian Oral Health. Dr. Vocaturo has also appeared on hundreds of radio and television programs speaking on cosmetic dentistry worldwide. In addition, Dr. Vocaturo is also a fellow of the International Academy of Dental-Facial Esthetic's and is a member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics. Dr. Vocaturo has also been chosen as one of the TOP clinical dentists in the United States and Canada, since the year 1997 – present. Because of all of his recognitions, he is uniquely qualified to run this project, which he has developed since initiation.

Billie Prisby Founder of Prisby's Pearls, LLC www.identalcoaching.com has a very special connection to this cause. Billie has also suffered a loss due to this terrible disease. Prevention could have prevented Billie from losing THE Most pivotal person in her life. Because of this painful loss, Billie is passionate and ready to do everything in her power to promote proactive exams such as mammograms and MRI's. Also, Billie is very eager to help in any capacity with the new cutting edge treatment and research of angiogenesis therapy www.cancer.gov. Billie is very excited to combine her passion of dentistry with such a personally related cause. Billie has been an active member in the dental and marketing community for over 14 years and has also been hands on in essentially every patient comfort area of dentistry. She was also an independent registered dental assistant and surgical assistant for the 14-year stint. She is a Nova Southeastern University graduate of Fort Lauderdale, Fl. with a Bachelor of Science with a Major in Biological Science and a Minor in Psychology. She also holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing at Grand Canyon Universities Ken Blanchard College of Business. Billie is fabricating and implementing all marketing materials and plans to furnish to Smile Pink sponsors.

Katie Anton, Founder of Distinctive Dental Consulting, LLC, a company that coaches patient education and treatment acceptance in the dental setting. She has over 15 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, with a clinical focus on providing high quality dental care with an emphasis on complete body wellness. Cancer awareness is close at heart for her family, as she lost a friend recently to breast cancer and others in her immediate environment are afflicted, both friends and relatives. This issue crosses all lines and the support of all is needed. From the inception of Smile Pink, Katie was and is very passionate and motivated to raise awareness and funds for such an important cause. Smile Pink has the potential to reach new boundaries and make significant contributions to breast cancer research.
